We’re working with Fearless Facilitator, Rachel Cashman, providing marketing support and copywriting services.
Fearless Facilitator creates safe spaces for colleagues and leaders to unite and unlock business-limiting challenges. A safe workplace is one where a culture has been established that lets people feel trusted, respected and confident enough to speak freely about causes of disagreement, conflict and crisis in the workplace.
Rachel has worked at the highest levels of senior policy making, under three UK Prime Ministers and alongside global CEOs. This experience has earned her an enviable reputation and ability to take teams with her beyond the interpersonal challenges that can limit relationships and performance, whilst at the same time managing wider reputation threats to organisations and the people who lead them.
Once described by former NHS England Chief Executive, Simon Stevens, as his “Head of Knotty Issues” Rachel’s track record includes working with high-profile people and organisations in the public and private sector and in Government, including NHS England, the Equality and Human Rights Commission, the UK Civil Service and global pharmaceutical companies. Her experience on the frontline brings practical insights and real-life understanding to the business of supporting leadership and sustainable high performance at work.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) reports that only half of organisations are actively planning a strategic approach to health and wellbeing; and less than a third take a holistic view of the mental and physical health of their staff, that encompasses the wider determinants of workplace health – such as the psychology of connection and belonging, diet and nutrition and sleep.
That’s why Rachel also runs Pukka People, with co-founder Andy Brett, to help change this, delivering a holistic programme for teams and leaders built around 5 core themes: Body, Spirit, Emotions, Mind and Connection.
Organisations that prioritise the development of strategic health and wellbeing and a culture that can prevent conflict from arising in the first place, are best placed to respond to any crisis that may arise between an organisation and its people.
"Your copywriting really captures the essence of what we are seeking to deliver. We love it."
